How do you respond to your family opposing your plans?

I wish to join the army and family out right rejects it (They are really really good and caring except in this matter)
What can I do , since I am living in their house and expenses
Should I leave my home or stay and live the lofe they want be to ( Engineering and stuff)

It’s obvious that your family doesn’t want you to join the army because they are scared about you getting hurt, so that’s fair. At the same time, you don’t just want to live the life they want you to live because you won’t be happy or fulfilled and you may resent your family in the future. I would say, join the army if that’s what you want to do, and sit down and have a huge talk to them about the whole thing.
Talk about how you will be unfulfilled and unhappy doing engineering, and that you don’t want to hold resentful feelings towards them in the future (they would understand that, because they wouldn’t want that either).
For their piece of mind, say that you’ll leave the army if it’s too dangerous and you don’t enjoy it, and you’ll keep in contact and would love to speak with them while your away. Apologise for making them upset, but tell them it’s your life, not theirs in the end (say this all very nicely to soften the blow)

Normally I’d probably just say something like “sounds like a skill issue to me” but the army is kind of different. They could be saying all of that out of love like my Oppa did with my mom.

If your mommy is what is preventing you from joining the military you shouldn't even be considering it.

I've tried talking a lot of times that now I've completely given up that idea...
Probably I am gonna leave them, I am convinced that my life just can't go anywhere near as I wish it would if I am staying with them... will send back some money maybe
