Feeling a bit low tells me to do something about it. Taking action that gets my mind off of my BS is what works best for me. Taking a walk, going to the gym, cleaning, etc all help to a degree.

You didn't ask for advice but I'm going to give it: turn off phone and computer and go for a walk. Get out of bed. Laying there with electronics will amplify feeling low.
