What would you do if you found out your friend is spreading to other people saying you are backstabber?

You found out she called you that she told it to someone and someone told you back. How would you react?

I would ask her why she thinks I'm a backstabber first. And if she says for no reason then I'd ask why she tells other people.

I usually give people a warning and I give them 24 hours to explain themself if their explination isn't good enough I leave them. I've very straight forward in these stuff. Most aren't but eh🤷🏼‍♀️ I only need my 2 friends anyways. If anyone comes and goes I dont really care🙃

If it was true I would disown that friend. No second chances either you're loyal or not. That is a unloyal friend. No time for that.

No she is because when I got problem at work. I just found out my neighbor knows about it and I didn't how do they find out about it. She even called me names when I was a kid calling me mean. she's my neighbor by the way. She called me mean names when I was 8 and when I grew up she became my moms friend when she is also backstabbing my mom but my mom is stupid and still befriending her.

She always say Im mean as a kid and won't let her kids play with me and when I play with her kids they would say"My mom doesn't want me to play with you" when she is also going in to our house talking about someone elses life. But then I forgave her but she always been calling me names since I was a kid.
