My cousin is doing me a favour by visiting me for my birthday cause they teach me a lot and buy me a lot of cool stuff I can't afford to buy myself and they give me opportunities to socialize with positive people who are nicer then the people I usually see in day to life aside from my friends who are also very nice. I'm so lazy I won't even take a plane to Switzerland for a free vacation when my parents offered me one there this year, and they fly to Canada to see us cause they care about us.

In most cases no I would not. You didn’t care enough to invite me so I’m not inviting you, especially if they had a big ceremony and invited a ton of friends outside of family. My only exceptions are the ones who got married during covid and had to go as small as possible. My one friend literally got married with only their immediate family there and then his closest friend and her childhood friend. I didn’t take offense to that one would invite her to mine

I'm not really sure. I don't celebrate my birthday and I'm pretty certain at this point I'm never getting married, so it's not an issue. But if it were I'm not sure. But probably not.
