Would you attend a strangers wedding?

This is from a dream last night. I was on the way to a wedding, with another wedding in the same church only a bit earlier.

Someone from the other wedding asked if the wedding party (bridesmaids, flower children, etc) would be willing to step in for the earlier wedding as they were homeless and had few friends and little family. Basically a dry run for the main wedding that they were there for.

Questions would it be too weird, or an act of charity?

Well, I'm all dressed up to attend a wedding, and obviously early enough to make the earlier wedding. So sure, why not attend the strangers' wedding... wish them good luck and enhance their special day.
