But she eventually ghosted him? & ever since then that's the only woman that "semi" unattractive guy ever liked
Is this common?

Among teenagers this can happen quite easily. In principle, it's not a bad sign as the guy is obviously capable of attachment. It will be important to get over her soon so that the guy gets free for another.
Medium attractiveness will be enough to attract another woman.
She initiated the flirting/teasing all by herself... he just followed
He feels he "has a right" to continue the "game" if he runs into her by chance
So your saying he got very lucky he attracted an attractive woman
It's more common than you think

He feels he "has a right" to continue the "game" if he runs into her by chance
But she ghosted him
Not purposely... completely
She was his therapist
Isn't it against the rules to have some sort of relationship with your patient?
Maybe she ghosted because of that
Yes.. but she literally was flirting with him & making sexual comments and gestures to him right in his face
Apparently the drama got worse after she dropped him off...
How so?
She apparently made some sexual comments while looking at him & giggling/laughing while he was unbuckling his seat belt
He got mad
She didn't care
He got out of the car... she stopped with her little games immediately
How do YOU think a re encounter end? In argument?
Ghosting maybe
I think he needs to grow up.
