One summer, I lived with a guy who worked overnight, and he'd blast the stereo so loud that you could have heard it on the next block.
I thought most people grow out that loud music phase lol well how old was he?
He was 28-29 at the time, but he was jealous of me because I was working out and I'd gotten pretty big, so I think he wanted to keep me up, so I wouldn't get any sleep, or something.
Another type are the ones who want pizza, but they can't afford pizza, so they buy those frozen, cardboard like imitations but don't know how to cook them -- and they smoke out the entire unit.
Lol. They could have just thrown the mini pizzas in the microwave. They’re pretty cheap. But maybe they wanted the big pizzas.
Then there are the 'dishnado doofuses' -- instead of just simply using one pan, one plate and one dish, they use plate after plate without washing them afterwards, resulting in a huge pile of glass, porcelain rising ominously skyward in menacing fashion. Then they're like, 'Hey, man, it's your turn to do the dishes'. Yeah, okay...
People don’t even want to wash their own dishes now? Agh. Were you friends right your roommates? Maybe that makes people more comfortable and start expecting others to just do things for them.
No, that would make too much sense. Then you have the social butterflies, who want to entertain guests every night of the week until the wee hours of the morning.
Friends with*
They were my bandmates; we had a record coming out (it didn't sell) and I lived with them for two years.
Oh… having a band sounds fun though
Yes, don't live with drug addicts if you value your belongings.
Another kind of roommate you don't want is someone who never goes anywhere, so they're there all the time.
Oh, and lest we forget, the 'bashers' -- they're completely unable to go anywhere in the house without slamming, banging, dropping and jostling every item, object, door, cupboard or fixture with ear splitting torque.
@Billlewis dude I have two female roommates right now who do that.
It stems from laziness, in my observation; it's not hard to gently close the door, or the cabinet -- but it's easier to just slam it shut and go clomping and careening to their next destination of cacophony., oblivious to the aural pollution that they're leaving in their wake.
@Billlewis I just thought they are angry people. But anger and impatience probably are related.
Just a guy who was way too loud when he jerked off
