My sister is having tiwns how can I convince her to have a baby shower?

I want to plan our a baby shower for my sister but shebtold me no because JW elder told her its a hige no no. I mean its weird having twin babies gets expensive why not just have a baby shower. I a also trying to get her to cloth daiper no harsh chemicals, no daiper rash. I just tought a baby shower could help her save a lot money. Are JW a boring religion?

Don't know what JW religion is but before you think about surprising her with a baby shower be sure that it won't result in her getting upset and not talking to you. I know I was getting very frustrated and was snapping at people when they weren't respecting my wishes while pregnant. It was actually annoying when I was there saying I didn't want or need this or that and people just weren't listening.

Also remember a baby shower doesn't always mean it will save a lot of money because a baby shower often times people just buy baby clothes instead of what the parents actually need the most. Sometimes this is because people who go to a baby shower don't have the funds themselves to be able to afford things like a bottle steriliser, a baby bouncer that could be around $200

Im ab Orthodox Christian there's wsys to celebrate without getting alcohol involve. JW aren't real christians. They don't follow Bible Scriptures.
