What do you think of a mother sitting on her son's lap for his senior picture?

An older cousin of mine posted her son's senior picture on Facebook. He's sitting on a park bench wearing a sweater and holding a football, with his mother (my cousin) sitting on his lap! While they are both good people and close, I think it is really weird! What do you think?

That's how I feel. I try to imagine my mother sitting on my lap for a picture and realize that would never happen. Now imagine a mother sitting on a son's lap for a senior picture! I can't help wonder if they're trying to be "provocative". Seems like everyone pushes the envelope nowadays for attention.

Yes, I'm glad I'm not the only one that got the "creepy" vibe. I'm starting to think, like I told another opiner, that nowadays people do weird things like that to be "proactive" and get any type of attention. Even if it's weird as hell!
