Boyfriend going on lads holiday?

My boyfriends just told me he's decided to go t Magaluf for 2 weeks with his friends on a lads holiday and its all paid for to go. Although I trust him and he's never cheated on me, I don't trust his friends as they cheat on their girlfriends wherever they go and I really don't want my boyfriend to go with them, am I right to feel like this? what should I do?

hes also cancelled our couple holiday we had booked because his magaluf holiday clashes, but said he would re book for another time

He want's this. You should also think about him and his needs. Limiting him won't help your relationship. Also you fears might have a point in them. so you should consider that.

I think that the best thing to do is to talk about it with him. Tell him that you want him to go because you love him and you want good for him but also tell him about your fears. Sort that out together. If you make decision and force it on him or you let him do anything, both this options are bad. Sometimes, they are good to do, but if talking and compromise is possible it should be done.

It is your decision, but if I was in your place I would let him go under condition that he will make time and make plans for your couple holiday some time soon.

I can understand that you feel that way, but there's nothing you can do about it. If you tell him not to go, no matter what you say, he will think you don't trust hím, or that you're controlling him.

Just let him go.

Guys need there space to hang out with there mates, he's given you no reason to miss-trust him at all, therefore you are being unreasonable. How would you feel if he asked you to cancel girls night out. All you will do is make him feel miss-trusted and suppressed- this is not good, that's when guys get cold feet and run!

Part of being in a healthy relationship is giving each other time for growth, he has commited to re-book the holiday with you so everyones happy. Be supportive!

Well honestly, it sounds more like your upset he has changed your plans than him actually going on a guys holiday, if that's the case, then tell him you feel let down- that he has put his friends before you and that it has upset you. But make it clear as to whether it is an issue of mis-trust or just hurt at being let down by him.

Personally I wouldn't worry about the lads holiday, I trust my boyfriend and I know he loves me so if you feel that way about your boyfriend too then give him the benefit of the doubt and trust he isn't going to hurt you but I'd be upset that he had to cancel our holiday. Did he ask you or even talk to you before cancelling it? X

he text me earlier saying he had amazing news that magaluf was paid off. this is the first I've heard of it, when I asked the dates he told me and they clash with our holiday so said he'd cancel it and rebook another time. we've had our holiday booked since July :/ x

Guys need time with their friends All you can do is trust him and have faith that your relaiotnship is strong
