What should I do about my boyfriends lads holiday?

My boyfriend is going on a lads holiday and I completely trust him but he is struggling because he doesn't go out with the intention of getting onto girls but feels like the relationship will make him stress about something happening and end up hurting me. We have spoken openly about how we feel about it all but feel like we can't resolve the issue. There are no issues between me and him but I don't want to put stress on him at the same time. What do I do?
