yeah you can but i'd suggest waiting until the baby is born so you don't mess with the fetus too much. i say that because there's a method called non-invasive prenatal paternity testing. but honestly should just wait so you don't increase a miscarriage risk from the procedure

It is possible I believe. It will require the cooperation of all prospective fathers. The difficult part is getting a DNA sample from the baby. If that is possible, then the rest is easy.

Yes but I wouldn't recommend it. They take dna out through your tummy into the baby. Baby can indeed die this way
