Why did my friend ghosted me out of no where?

My friend and me had got into an argument the phone over different point of views we had. This friend was very calm and told me ok God bless you and hang up.

Later when I saw her at a mall I wave high and she didn't wave back or even said hi. My tough maybe she didn't see me. Moths later I call her and her phones sends me straight to voice mail.

Yesterday one of our friends Organized a party she was there but avoided me at all times and avoided eye contact with me. I try sitting next to my friend at the party she got up and left. If she was at the kitchen If I got into the kitchen she would go sit in the living room or if I go to the living room she would go to the back yard. Why is my friend cutting me off? Why has my friend ghosted me? I try texting and calling again and no answer.

I am not going to lie she never yelled at me over the phone she even tolde ok God bless you bye! Why did she ghosted me and quit talking to me out of nowhere?

Whatever you were arguing with her about seemed to be an irreconcilable difference, as far as she is concerned. Maybe that situation was just the latest in a long line of things and she decided that the friendship wasn't worth the effort.

FWIW: sometimes people have an extremely low threshold for deciding when to cut someone out of their life. Other times, the person feels like they've tried to communicate their feelings a number of times and the message just isn't getting through.

Girl, don't stress yourself trying to understand this friend's strange behavior. Some people just get too sensitive over small disagreements and cut you off without explaining why.

It's petty and immature if she won't even give you a proper goodbye after building a friendship. Seems like she expects others to read her mind. Probably best to just stop chasing someone who clearly doesn't want to talk it out.

As much as it hurts, don't waste time playing games trying to force what used to be. Her refusal to acknowledge you shows she's not being a real friend right now. You said your piece kindly before - leave it at that.

This too shall pass. Focus on the ones who show up for you through everything, not fairweather folk who leave without reason. Hold your head high knowing you handled your side with grace and care.

She's a jehovas witness and a karen. This friend is the kind of person that would call the police on people who drink and play loud music.

She very judgmental about other's lives style.

Oh man, that totally makes sense now. Some of those Jehovah's Witness types can be super judgy about anything they see as "wrong". And the Karen personality definitely fits too.

Sounds like in your argument, you probably said or did something she didn't approve of based on her beliefs/standards. And being the uptight person she is, she got all bent out of shape about it instead of realizing people can disagree. Now she's giving you the silent treatment like a five-year-old 'cause you didn't bow down to her way of thinking.

I wouldn't waste any more time trying to talk to her, dude. She's shown her true colors - she only wants friends who confirm to exactly what she thinks is right. Life's too short to deal with people like that bringing you down. Her loss, man! Now you can find some real friends who don't judge you all the time. Just say "peace out" to Miss JW Karen and move on. Her problem, not yours anymore!

they sure can be judgy. i had a friend years ago who just out of nowhere stopped talking to me and i never heard from her ever again. during that time she had married a jehovah witness man and cut all of her friends off including me. well it backfired on her because now she's divorced from him and back to the streets she went.

I'd be so tempted to rub it in her face now too, like "Girl remember when you excommunicated me for not being a JehoBot? Look who's single again!" But nah, don't stoop to her level. It's not worth damaging your zen over someone so wishy-washy. Still, you gotta admit, karma came for her ass HARD leaving the cult just to land back on the streets like that!

Like sis, we all make mistakes, but no man is worth losing your real friends. Hopefully she learned her lesson. Maybe now she'll be more open-minded and actually value the friends who were there for her all along, unlike Jehober who bounced faster than a Super Ball. If she can stop talking to or even acknowledge you after only an argument of different views, then she was never a real friends. Good friends argue and go back to talking days later.

Though it might be helping to back off for the meantime. What you're doing now isn't right. Stop following her and let her reach out to you on her own. If she doesn't then life goes on. Make new friends.

Looking at the way she just insulted me, writing in all caps now I'm thinking there is more to the story and perhaps the friend got rid of her for good reasons.
