Cutting off my toxic family?

Their upset because I don't want to be bothered or deal with them in my new life - they can't move on and live their own lives. I even threatened and told them that if they call or show up on my property, I would have to take legal action.. advice because I don't want these people harassing or showing up on my property.

I don't know what part you don't get my ex husband has been communicating with them too - I already told him if he includes him self I will tale legal action against him too just like I may have to get a restraining order on them once we leave.. if they call , show up, and harass me and my family

Same thing applies to my ex husband if he appears I will take legal action other then him picking up and dropping off the kids..

Yes it's looking like this because their not well mentally and think they can over power legal authorities as they will never separate from me and my kids because they are toxic / parasitic

Because we have court order visitations in place - I can't let him not see the kids

But letting him see the kids don't mean u have to let him know where u are moving

He has to know where I'm moving because he has to pick up the kids unless I petition to the courts that he has to pick them up somewhere else

I can always take him to court - I have to notify him and the courts to be truthful

I don't think you understand the law- this is court ordered stuff with ex husband and I

Why does he have to pick them up why can't they be dropped off to him and if u can't change it just get a restraining order

I don't need a restraining order on him one needs to be placed on my family- because that's how a court order visitation is set up through tbe courts - he picks them up and drops them off at certain times

I would need proof that he's getting involved with my family... I already told him what his consequences would be - I would petition that he loses custody of the kids and modify his visitation schedule

As for him coming to my house he would be picking up the kids outside or in my drive way without coming into my house

Yep , but they don't care as my grandmother said even said they would counter act if they get served - I may have to petition to get them admitted in a psych facility

And for these people to think they'll be included in my new life with their drama and problems aha! They'll bring that stress and drama into my new home and chaoticness they're carrying- imagine if i were married my mate wouldn't tolerate it
