I don't get along with my father?

He has been someone who has not supported me since I was little, who has always demoralized me, and these days he constantly says sentences that remind me of my traumas. What can I do about it?
I am 18 years old, and I am tired from my dad , I really don't want talk to him

at 18 you can legally move out, but i understand that moving out that young is near impossible during this time of inflation/economic distress. you can start by just ignoring him. i know talking to him about how he makes you feel would just be empty words and a waste of time. take it one day at a time and start working towards a better future.

Time to move out. If you haven't, or already are, it is time to have a face-to-face conversation telling him your feelings. It might clear the air, or you may find it is just time to blot out his name on your people you care about list. This probably should have been done a long time ago, but better late than to hold it in. It is only hurting you to do so. If it doesn't work out, you can always tell him to. . .

many families are like that parents! just ignore parents, so don't reply, but pretend they said a compliment to you.

Just move on, cut him out of your life. Tell him after you have left why you left. Then close it all down

Do you live with him? If you do, tolerate him until you're living on your own and cut him off
