Selfish mom didn’t make me be mixed?

My mom is half Indian and she has mixed features and nice hair. All her life she got special treatment because of it. Her wash day is sooo easy and she always gets sleek styles with just water. Her hair is better than mine she has 3a-3b and mine is 4a. My wash days hurt, take long , and it’s always ugly. I can’t use just water like her.
She purposely chose a black man to have me with, now I have bad hair that hurts to comb it out. I asked her why she did this to me and she said that I turned out “beautiful” and that if i wanted better hair i should’ve taken more of her genes. How was i supposed to have control? I’ve been clowned and got left behind in relationships because of my hair (they said it) and black men make nappy hair jokes at me.
Every time I ask her why she didn’t have me with a guy that was NOT black so that I could’ve been pretty and have nice hair like her she just gets mad and walks off. How come she didn’t want me to have it good like her?

she knew he was black and knew when she first got pregnant. she knew i’d get bad hair from him and instead of aborting me like a smart person she kept me knowing i’d be this way. she grew up mixed getting mixed privileges so why wouldn’t she set things up so i can have it too? just selfish.

it's not being dismissive. it is being truthful. if you have this much hate for your mother, then your next step is to seek out some therapy. not being condescending. what you are saying makes absolutely no sense. please seek therapy.
