How would men feel sharing their child's birthday together?

My manager's birthday is on May 18 but that's his daughter's (his first and oldest child) b-day too.

Men how would you feel about that? If your child's birthday landed on yours?

I guess that's why he refers her as his "forever b-day gift". Yet it must be awkward having two celebrations at the same time.
