Of course they can. That being said, if it's only going to be a platonic type of relationship, I much prefer to provide some kind of service for her as well. I've had relationships with women that consisted exclusively of foot care, pedicures, foot massages, exfoliation, etc, or domestic service, laundry, sweeping and mopping, dish washing or yard work, etc. That, to me is oftentimes even more satisfying than a typical dating/romantic/sexual relationship.

That's what happens most of time, If you spend enough time with someone it's natural that feelings will grow especially if it's the opposite Sex, It's just with us Guys it develops quicker usually because other Girls don't spend enough time with us.

Tomboys appeal to some men still. One of my best friends is a tomboy. She attracts men. She tends to attract beta guys, that are sweet, sensitive and a bit feminine. Opposites can attract. My other two best friends are guys. But I do know some truly awesome ‘girly girls;’ too. I’d say I’m in between girly and tomboy. I buy girl crap, makeup, fancy dresses, glittery bags and hair clips and pretty ornaments for my girly friends and my female relatives. Guy crap for my tomboy friend. I love the company of guys, as people, not just sexually. I love women too. Not so much sexually. Sometimes it’s nice to wear pretty clothes and gossip and giggle at parties over cakes with the girls. Or to walk in the park in the moonlight with a boyfriend. Other times, it’s fun to put on an old hoodie and yoga pants and have a bbq with the guys, or a guys’ pizza and movie night.

Shy_steve, our guy friends are lovely people. However, I’m drawn to both alphas and betas. It’s not a matter of confidence. It’s a matter of kindness and intelligence as well as physical attraction. Unless a man possesses my idea of all three, then I’m not interested in dating them. The fact that I didn’t take our guy friends’ interest in me seriously, is less about my opinion of them not being good enough and more a combination of seeing them hit on all females and a feeling of doubt about my own sex appeal as a woman. I’ve been offered a few plus sized modelling jobs, but I just see myself as practical and sturdy. Intelligent, strong. Kind. Not sexy or interesting.

it does come down to the people involved, if a guy does a lot of thinking with their cock, then yeah I doubt they will be able to have girls as friends.

I used to think it could not be done until I met my boyfriend's best friends who happens to be girls. One is happily married and the other is single but doesn't think of him at all like that and neither does he. I think majority of people can't be friends with the opposite sex because eventually feelings will grow for one or both parties but there are exceptions like with my boyfriend.
