So i am working in a company where i have mixed friends , we travel together and stuff , my girlfriend now is not letting me meet my female friend for no reason, my female friends knows about her, they even picked with me her birthday's gift, i tried to explain to her, but she said there is no friendship between a boy and a girl.

what to do please,

I am a believer of friendships between men and women as long as the boundaries are clearly set and that you make it clear to each other that the friendship is solely acceptable if it is platonic.

As soon as feelings enter this platonic relationship, it is time to sever it because otherwise it is not longer a regular friendship.

We don't know your history with women and if you are (were) a player or how many body counts you had in your past. Those would all be elements that impact on how your girlfriend sees and perceives you. If you had more than just one single girlfriend before her, then I would not trust you either. To me, that would be a risk that is too high to accept.

The fact alone that you travel alone with your female work colleagues is enough to have doubts about what does happen when she cannot see you. I do understand her point of view and honestly, there is not much you can do to make her feel better.

If you had a previous history of being a womanizer, then you placed yourself in this situation of mistrust.

Prepare a list of pros and cons of you talking with you work friends and ask her to make a similar list, independently from yours. Next to each topic, bring a solution that you think can work for both of you and ask your girlfriend to do the same. You sit together and try to find a consensus that is acceptable to both.
