IS THIS A SIGN OF A JEALOUS FRIEND?

1. I told her about a guy that I have a crush on. She came to me one day and asked, what if your crush has a feeling for me? I was shocked, i knew we dont have the same type. I just laughed it off and ignored the question.

2. She started talking like me. One of our friends noticed that and told her that she actually sounds like me.

3. I told her i was anxious about being skinny. After knowing that, she keeps telling me how much weight she has gained, and how she's getting fatter and round.

4. One time when she met my boyfriend, she was trying to catch his attention by telling all her crush stories to my boyfriend and kept asking him to listen to her.

5. She knew i have a type, which is men from certain countries. So she would tell stories of the man coming from the country I like approaching her and interested with her. She even tells me if she had kids she will name her kids with the name that is popular in the country which I like.

Am i being paranoid? Or she's a jealous friend.

ugh this is giving me "ptsd" about what a friend did to me. she ended up dating him for like 2 weeks by the way. not a good friend. i still have to deal with her. but honestly i hate her and wish nothing but the worst for her. but yet, she still has it all, or at least makes it seem like she does. anyways, yes she's a jealous friend. she's extremely jealous of you that's why she's always trying to one up you, or compete with you, tho you may not really realize it.

i would suggest not telling her ANYTHING anymore, about your life or anything. i hold my "friend" at a very far distance now. it's worked and she tries to steal someone else's personality now
