Should I tell my boss about my fuck up, or wait and see if she finds out?

I'm gonna try in make this as short as I can. I work for a commercial cleaning company. We use bucket less mops, so you pour the solution into the mop, and press a button to squirt it on the floor then mop it. You're supposed to change the mop head after every use too. Well, I've been working there for 2 years, and at one of the sites, I only mop when the bathrooms look dirty, and I rarely change the mop head.

So the guy who delivers supplies to all our sites told my boss that at a couple of our sites, we aren't using the moping solution, and that we are using the solution we are suppose to use to whip things down, he said we are using that on the floor. I was wondering what the hell he was taking about so I went to all the sites and verified that we ARE using the solution for the mops on the floor. My boss said that's good, and she just seemed to drop it.

Well, at one of the sites, I've been very lazy. I only mop the bathrooms when it looks dirty, and I've been using the same mop head for a long time, so the delivery guy doesn't really need to deliver mop heads. So I'm rarely using any of the moping solution since I use so little, and I think that's what he was talking about. I was just gonna start doing it right, and mop everyday and change the mop heads, so the delivery guy is going to notice that I'm started to use the mopping solution, and that I'll be running out of mop heads, causing him to have to deliver more. Like i said, I was just gonna start doing things right, and not say anything to my boss, but im afraid the delivery guy will say something, and then ill have to tell her my fuck up. That scenario has been stressing me out so much that I was just thinking of calling my boss, and confessing to her about what I've been doing (or not doing) just to get it over with and let her do what she wants to do. What do you think? Should I tell her, or wait and see what happens, because there is a chance that the delivery guy won't say anything.
