Let's say you encounter an identical clone of yourself. You and the clone become best friends, but one day, you find the clone in bed with your platonic friend, whom you see as a sibling. How would you feel about the situation?

Why would my clone have a different view of her than I would?
Sexual preferences are genetic, any copy of myself would be attracted to the same exact types of women that I'm attracted to.

So if I only see her as proxy sibling material, the same would be true for my clone's view of her.

1. Indentical siblings are clones of eachother.
2. The extremely rare cases of parthenogenesis in humans has the daughter being a clone of the mother.
3. Lab grown clones have likely occured at some point without anyone knowing about it, but thats unconfirmed. Humans have had the ability to clone our species for decades, but have only cloned other species publically.

If someone were to clone you now, your clone would develop normally, so it would be much younger than you, and would not immediately seem like a clone without comparing it to your baby pictures.
