Should I report my dads girlfriend to animal control?

I just whent to my dads house, and his girlfriend who I never met was there. She brought her dog, and it's nails are VERY long. Some of them are so long they are started to grow crooked. I didn't bring it up, but she did. She's from another town and asked if there was anyone around to trim her dots nails. I recommended a place, and told her I could take her dog in for her, and she agreed. Should I still report her?

? why? she KNOWS. and she's actively trying to find someone to trim her dogs nails. just... mind your own. she should also be able to bring her dog in herself.
