How do you kw if someone faking that they have autism how do you notice in real life or online?

For someone that has autism & I know that every autistic person has similar traits but not all the same as the nxt.

I'm pretty skeptical of people who claim to be autistic. It seems like 90% of GaG is autistic and it seems very curious that this wasn't even talked about 20 years ago. Now everyone is self diagnosing.

Even when they have documentation from doctors/ health professionals.

That's obviously not what I'm talking about. Of course if it's legit that's different. But I find it hard to believe ALL these people who claim to be autistic have been diagnosed by a professional.

I have never pretended to be mentally ill. What I said is the ones who claim I’m mentally ill are lying through their teeth and God is slowly exposing them for the fraudulent liars they are.

Everyone has autism these days, or so it seems.

Not everyone some people are faking it to make actually one look bad. Some are actually narc & other mental health conditions from other spectrum.
