How do you deal with family that always discourages you? should they still be in your life because they are family?

My family tells me I'm not capable of doing things on my own or I shouldn't have had a kid or moved out they never give me any encouragement or even say they are proud of me then they tell me how I should parent my child like how do I deal with that
