How do you deal with annoying family?

First of all I love my grandpa after all he took me in after some complicated stuff. But whenever it starts getting hot like this he still refuses to put on the AC. I'm usually just sweating like crazy even with a fan and literally wearing nothing. I've asked him to put on the AC and might even get a summer job just to pay off the AC lol but I don't know I still love him of course

@LaurenLoves LMAO omg it's like I'm there with ya 🤣🤣 I've been through the exact same thing with my grandma when I was a bit younger.. she took me in and God bless her soul she's old-school kinda woman and at some age you're stubborn as a goat 😂 damn, the stories I've had with her we always share a laugh about it me and my brothers cuz they've had their fair share of hilarious stories like that too LOL.. she used to take away the AC remote control and hide it so we'd used to open the AC and stick a pencil in there in a secret button and it would turn on lol and she always figured it out in the morning and turn it off while we're still sleeping and every single time we woke up hot and dripping sweat 🤣 if you want I can tell you how to secretly turn on the AC with a pencil ✏️ 😂

BUT OF COURSE I LOVE MY GRANDMA VERY MUCH SHE'S THE BEST WOMAN I KNOW ^_^

One of the best ways is to just sit down and talk it out, explain your side, he explains his side. Go over the main problems and see if you can work through some of the problems. If it’s the cash for paying the electric for it all, then work out roughly how much is needed or agree having it on for x hours a night / day.
Also you do not have to stop with him, explain that as part of your reasoning.
