Wife has always been horrified and not even close to be ready for kids.
Id be excited and worried but any mention of being pregnant scares my wife. But she wants them in the future

Zero nervousness. Kids are easy for me. Exhausting, but easy. Like walking.
How many do you and your wife have now?
We stopped at 2, but really regret not having more.
We want 3 but having a slow start.
She is just so worried about everything after.
How did you two just stop?
I hastily got a vasectomy because we had too much going on in our lives and didn't want to have insufficient time to focus on the kiddos. I regret it completely, but it may still have been for the best. Just an emotional regret, not necessarily a logical one.
You're at the perfect age to not be rushed (assuming your wife isn't older than you) and to make sure all your ducks are in a row. A lot of it is about learning through experience, so just know that whatever you don't understand now, you'll be forced to understand later. And it just gets easier as time goes on. Best thing I ever did with my life tbh.
Decision to have kids should be more emotional, less logical. Logical is only there to sustain them.
If we take everything in our logical then what happiness would we have?
Thanks and I'm sorry for your regrets! Kinda hoping she gets baby fever with her sister pregnant again. She is so happy clothes shopping for the baby
True so just make a baby when she is emotionally into it and regret her screaming at me latter?
Why would she regret? You've make best of it. Does she subscribe to childfree ideology?
@NotSlowestSloth I like your perspective. Hard to disagree with that thinking tbh.
No more every one of my sisters has said she regrets the kids at one point usually cause of her body or being so exuasted
That's emotional talk. If she's exhausted then her husband should help her.
Kids are hard to raise and if it's not hard then you're not raising them right.
@NotSlowestSloth spoken like someone who has never taken care of kids with some one!
I love kids, but I couldn't think of anything worse than pushing a tiny human out of my vagina.
So probably not for you but you enjoy spending time with them.
Not nervous at all. I love having my kiddos
