Do you ever find that it's easier to make friends with people of the opposite gender?

And if a man finds it easier to make friends with women than men do you think it would be because he's more effeminate or could he be masculine in a way that is shall we say "complimentary" to feminine characteristics.

The same goes for women who find it easier to make friends with guys.

It depends but usually yeah, for sure, girls usually don't even bother talking to you online much if you're not a guy. Or at least, that's what I personally noticed.

In person it's easier to make girl friends, but then there's sometimes drama as well. I remember two times I tried making more girl friends on separate occasions, one of them in person and the other I met through a Whatsapp group, and they both went crazy on me because the guys they wanted (mutual friends) had crushes on me, even though I didn't like them as more than friends.

But yeah I guess it depends on the person, not everyone is the same so I don't like to judge someone before getting to know them.

I definitely make better friends with guys. Plus we have more to talk about cause im tomboyish. So i like talking about baseball, cars, etc. Plus guys give better advice on “how to get the guy” while us girls just assume whats the best way to get the guy

I don't see any substantial difference between making friends with men or women

it is more about certain traits and dynamics that don't actually have to do with the gender... it's more about character and personalities, affinities...

eh i have about the equal amount of both genders as friends so i wouldn't say one is easier than the other, for me. it just turned out that way

Yes. Most men are up front about who they are and what they want. If you meet them with the same it makes them far easier to talk to and much more enjoyable to be around.
