Ok so this is not about the Bank but it's about my mother So I'm not entirely sure what to do essentially my mother is a toxic drunken control freak so I moved 5 hours away ( old news but she got my address from the Bank a 6 months ago) but she called and informed me today that she is planning to sell her house and move to the same town as me.

I assume you are renting, while she is selling a home she owns. You can move again easier and may have to do that.

I'm sure there are many people living in your town. That doesn't mean you have anything to do with all of them. If you don't want to interact with your mother, just ignore her.
