My friend invited me over her house to celebrate her birthday have a cook out at her front porch and just enjoy the nice weather. Out of no where her crazy neighbor decided to go for a run yet cut the grass in a bikini a bikini practically NAKED. My friend and I looked at each other confuse and disgusted I quickly got up and cover my friends 10 year olds eyes demand they go inside the house. We called HOA on the neighbor yet I hate the answer HOA give us we were told that it's her house and the woman can wear whatever she wants. What the freak who in the hell goes out running in a bikini PLEASE. DO NOT GO OUT RUNNING LIKE THAT! Why are people so disrespectful? When has society come down hill. HOA told us they aren't going to do nothing about it. My friend pays $2,550 each year to HOA latter deal with these clowns if your wearing a bikini do not get put of your house please. What a shame!

That daughter happens to be 2nd year at Florida State University in a Medical Science program and then end up in Medical School where she would like to end up as an ER Pediatric Surgeon.
