I didn't want to pass on my heart defect that my grandpa and dad also had. I don't think any woman wants to have kids with an old bum like me, either. I have 2 jobs and neither are good jobs, and I rent a room from a friend. I make an extra $1000 a month that I can piss away on whatever I want. If I have a kid and girlfriend or wife to support, I better have a better job and at least $4000 a month extra to rent a place big enough, get a better car, etc etc. Maybe if I moved out of California it would be feasible.

They'd put my education and career on hold for 18 years, or they'd end up in an orphanage and statistically never be adopted
Having them could kill me or damage my body and health
