What do I do for this deep cut?

I got this earlier today hurts like a mf pretty deep from serated knife and it’s just I don't know if I should go to urgent care or use neosporin should I wet it it hurts when I move it I don’t wanna be dramatic since that’s what I’ve always been told when I got hurt is that it’ll go away since childhood I would appreciate any help thank you

Keep it clean, don't put any creams or ointments on it. Check on it daily and if there's any sign of infection get antibiotics. Once it stops bleeding a tiny drop of honey (the cheap stuff will do) under a plaster will help stop infection as it heals.

Doesn’t look that deep but if you haven’t run it over some water do that and just use Neosporin. If it’s not bleeding don’t put a band aid on

The tip of the finger actually is one of the body parts that has a real regenerative ability. Neosporin can actually slightly slow healing. Keep it clean dry and covered. It will heal. A trip to the walk in or ER is a waste of your time. Unless you are overdue for a tetanus shot.

Alcohol is the most reliable but if you have other options then go for what you feel the most comfortable using
