Do I not deserve to have boundaries just because I’m currently staying with my parents?

Do you deserve it probably not do you need them probably not but the thing is that you have to remember is you are your parents little girl if they see you doing something that they don't like well since you live in their house they can play their game and say no sorry you can't go out or you can't do this and then they're going to say if you want to do that kind of crap go for it please go but why they have you they're going to pull you in and you're going to be there little girl again because first of all they miss that second of all they need that and forth all they just want to protect you because I love you

So saying all the above if you want more freedom what you need to do is say I'm going over here to the mall I'll be back in a half an hour and be back in a half an hour hey I'm going to run over here to so-and-so's house I'll be back in 20 minutes and be back in 20 minutes and see each time you do that they're going to look at you being more and more mature and that they can trust you but right now they got you right where they want want you and the only thing you can do about it instead of complain because that's not going to help you do anything except for get locked down more you need to just allow it to happen save some money up that's why you're there is to get ahead so you can get out there in the real world again so do that do whatever it takes you like your freedom you got to pay for it LOL

What are you referring to boundaries? If your “boundaries” make your parents feel uncomfortable in their own home and affect their lives you don’t have a right to do that to them just because you haven’t moved out.

Everything is relative. Keep in mind you're a guest in thier house. They don't have to respect your boundaries. But you could choose to be homeless instead.

So I have a two year old son. As you know I stay with my parents. I’m apartment searching and I work full time overnight. So, my mom keeps him at night 5 days out of a week. I only have the weekends to actually go to sleep with and next to my son. So, I cherish it became the other 5 days he’s always sleep with her in her room. This weekend, my son was fighting his sleep. So, he was fussy. Normally I turn on babyfirst for him. It soothes him then I eventually cut the tv off and he goes to sleep. This weekend my mom didn’t even give me the chance to do that. She came in my room and told my son “Come on. Come go to sleep with grandma.” It was her way of helping to calm him down. I know her intentions weren’t bad but I knew they were controlling. She didn’t even give me a chance to use my normal method. Plus like I said every weekend counts for me when it comes to falling asleep with my son because I don’t get to do it often because I’m always working. So, I went and got him out of her room and in return he was more fussier than before because he was now confused but I was getting him to calm down and here comes my mom coming into the room again getting him charged back up because he now sees her face. This pushed me to politely but still strictly say “Can you please stop coming in the room. it’s distracting him.” She took it offensively and said “You’re aggravating him. He only fusses like this with you. You’re being rude by allowing him to wake up the whole house with his fussing.” She literally only said that because I went and got him from out of her room and brought him back to mines. Now I’m being painted as the ungrateful daughter who doesn’t accept help when I accept help all week long. She’s the one making him dinner, bathing him etc all while I’m working. What’s so wrong with me wanting to make up for the time I miss with him throughout the week?

A necessary sacrifice to bring peace to your world. It’s great that your mother is still around and is willing to help you. Things could be much worse so, I believe you should just try to find every reason to enjoy each moment even if they don’t last long. Life will get better if you keep working hard.
