I want privacy - If you want to remain isolated and want privacy then there is nothing wrong, just keep going out to buy stuff and talk to people during then once a week to keep your mental health in check. if I have a choice whether to live in a city with friends and to live on a green hill alone but you can only meet people once a week. I will choose isolation

I am worried about being judged by others. - don't take people seriously more than their worth.

I like to keep my personal life private. - A very common thing, a person was looking for a man for his daughter to marry and he asked what I am doing. I said, nothing, just sitting and eating. Did that man judge me like a worm that day? Do I care, no. I only care about those people who call me regularly, ask me whether I eat or not, or can help me with my needs and I am ready to help them.
