Why middle class people are so reluctant to have kids when they are in their 20s while working class people always have kids early?

As a middle-class person, I don't want my children to struggle for the little happiness that money can buy. It has become very expensive to raise children these days.
But these things don't matter in the long run, what matters most is the huge-huge-very huge population, no matter how many comforts I bring into my child's life, he will still have to suffer.
Because there is an extremely competitive rat race going on, property prices are insanely high (30 Lakhs = 34975.63 USD for a 26 sq. m flat with just walls, no furniture, no electricity-plumbing-paint work). Huge income tax, no tax benefits because all the tax money goes to cater for the needs of women or the uncontrollably breeding poor. Infrastructure failure and pollution at its best. The shitty justice system and overworked law enforcement.

Middle class knows they will be financially destroyed and they won’t be able to life the fun life in their 20s. Also they are in school in their 20s and don’t have a good foothold in their job until later to be taking maternity/paternity leave.
Working class people if they watch their money could be middle class but they have kids which are expensive and end up pay check to paycheck. Maybe they don’t have the mental discipline to plan their life. I mean nothing wrong with doing it like that I’ve seen first hand what happens when people with not a lot of money have kids. You drive a 1500 car while the people who waited to have kids go to soccer practice in a Range Rover.

because having kids has nothing to do with money but a mindset

poor people have plenty of kids yet and rich people, despite being able to afford kids don't have kids

people saying kids are expensive are making excuses when they could stop sending thousands of dollars to OnlyFans models and stopping trying to rack up debt trying to get the latest fashion accessories, latest beauty products, latest Taylor Swift concert tickets (which are expensive themselves) or the latest iPhone

now does that mean things are more affordable today? no, of course not but there's definitely something to be said about having the right mindset
