I met a friend's college roommate, I don't know why she became so cold-blooded from one moment to the next?

I met her a few days ago because my friend invited me to his university, she always sat next to me sometimes or in the car, she seemed very funny. The weekend came and my friend with his phone invited me to participate in an Instagram video to send it to her asking her when we were going to a beach and she said "right now", my friend told her that he didn't believe her, she insisted that she was serious about what she said, but what she wanted was to go out... my friend then invited me to a call with her and we agreed that maybe we would go, but then my friend told me that he almost had no money and we didn't go... my friend invited me again to go to the university but I noticed that she was somewhat distant and dry.
