How old is she? She might be going through menopause.

Just try to remember she's your mom and tolerate it the best you can. As you get older you're going to find your mother regressing as she ages. At that point you're the adult. But you're going to have to remember as your mother becomes feeble minded she expects to be treated like she still has all her faculties. It's a balancing act. You just do the the best you can.

45 to 55 is about the age. So yeah, totally possible. Women get pretty owly when they start going through the change (so don't ask her if she is.😂 just in case that was your intent).
