What to do about mom and sister that have guests over after midnight?

My mom and sister always stay up all night and have guests over at all times. Sometimes they stay gone for hours at a time, and sleep during the day if they sleep at all. They are always needing money for cigarettes, they don’t work ( mom is trying to get disability and has tried for years), they don’t contribute to our water or electricity bills. My sister is on probation and my mom’s ex is currently locked up for violating his probation and trying to run from cops. How did I end up with such a mess? Plus my mom is always cleaning the hose even though it’s not hers it’s my housemate’s. Their friends need to go home and stay there,

That sounds like a nightmare. I think you should talk to them and tell them it’s disrespectful to you and your roommate for them to be coming in so late. When she needs money for cigarettes, tell her you don’t have them. Also, tell her and your sister to find a man who isn’t trash… it’ll help both of them out.

Your 34. Can't you live by yourself? If it's your house kick them out? You don't have to keep or support them. I'm kicking my daughter out this year if she doesn't go to uni or doesn't get a job to pay her way after her current education course and she will be 19 then. There's no free rides in this world.
