How do you deal when your housemate has company come over unannounced and stay a couple days?

I am a extrovert, but I also have social anxiety. My housemate has kinfolk over and they are being rather talky and wake up early at 6 am. I've been staying in my room as I have a bathroom in here and wearing my earphones as much as possible
