I met this lady while training for a new job. Now the training has moved to a different location that’s far from her house and we had a snowstorm. She asked me if she could crash at my house for ONE night to stand a better chance of making it into training With the snow. I agreed, and then the next day (after she had spent that one night) when we were both leaving for training, I offered to help her carry her bags to her car and she said “no I’m gonna leave them here cause I’m gonna stay with you again tonight”. I thought it was rather rude for her to invite herself to stay again, but I let it go. Other than being a motormouth, she hadn’t been a horrible houseguest yet.
when I returned from home the next day before her, I started to see that she had f*cked up my house more than I had realized when I was getting ready for work that morning. She had cranked up the thermostat about 5° higher than what I had it set at. She Had helped herself to a bag of candy that my boyfriend had bought me and had left candy wrappers all over the coffee table as well as dirty toothpicks.
the 2nd night was worse. She stood at the front door with the door wide open, so she could smoke her cigarettes & let all this cold air blast at the house. She left bags with her medication laying on the floor, where my dog could’ve potentially gotten into them. But the thing that really chapped my ass is that she came down the hallway with this red blanket wrapped around her & I was pretty sure I had not left that blanket in the room that I told her she could use. I said “where’d you get that blanket from?” She said “I found it in one of the other rooms.” One of the other rooms that had a closed door. She had the audacity to go into a room that had a closed door & I never told her she could go into this room and go snooping around. She also left poop streaks in the toilet b/c she couldn’t be bothered to double flush.
But she said she’s autistic, so now I’m thinking i dont have a right to be upset
