I think my brother may have done some things around our house without a permit. What should I do?

My brother and I own a mobile home. When we moved in, my dad, and brother installed a woodstove. They are both contractors, but I doubt they don't need a permit just because they are contractors. I helped them install thr chimney without knowing if they had a permit. I didn't even think about it at the time. That was when I lived there. I moved out and moved in a couple of months ago after my brother moved. Without me knowing, he built a wall like partition separating the kitchen and the dinning room, creating an extra bedroom. He also paid someone to put a metal roof on the mobile home, due to numerous leaks. He did that without me knowing too. I could ask him if he got a permit to do any of that, but im afraid he'll say no, and then ill have to get the law involved, or at least make sure future buyers know about the additions.
