Can my mom forces me to go to a mental hospital (I’m 23 live in Montreal, Canada) and if I refuse, can she call the cops so they bring me there by forces?

Involuntary admission to a mental health facility is designed to protect individual rights while also ensuring the safety of individuals and the community. Your mother cannot simply force you to go to a mental hospital against your will, as far as I am aware.

Why don’t you just go to there and consult with the therapist (psychiatrist) ? It’s not that bad. Just see the psychiatrist and we can figure out what the problem in your head, trauma or really get any serious mental health.

If you do crazy shit, the police will take you to the mental hospital whether you want to go or not. You might as well go voluntarily and save yourself the hassle
