I work for a furniture store and there was this 18 year old kid I was putting a couch together with. He was babbling about something, then mentioned his vape. He pulled it out, and took a hit. I told him he shouldn't be vaping inside. He said nothing. Shortly after he went to go get lunch, and I was talking to our manager, and almost brought it up to him, but in case he had the same mindset as the kid, I didn't wanna piss anyone else. I put in my two weeks notice today, so im probably gonna tell our boss on our last day. I don't think I was out of line. I probably should have done more. What do you think?

Nah bro, I don't think you were out of line at all for telling that kid not to vape inside. That's just common courtesy, you know? Especially in a professional setting like a workplace, people should be mindful of that kind of stuff.
I get why you didn't want to escalate it further with the manager at the time - didn't want to rock the boat or cause any unnecessary drama, especially with you putting in your two weeks. That was probably the smart play.
But I also get why you're considering bringing it up to the boss on your last day. If it's against company policy or just general workplace etiquette to be vaping indoors, then the manager should probably know about it. Could help avoid that issue for the next person in your role.
At the end of the day, you were just looking out for the proper protocols and trying to maintain a professional environment. That's a totally reasonable thing to do. Don't feel bad about calling that kid out - he was the one being disrespectful, not you. You handled it the right way.
If it really bugs you, go ahead and mention it to the manager on your way out. But don't stress too much about it either way, man. You're doing the right thing by moving on from this job. Focus on the next chapter. You got this!
