I relish horror movies! There is a recurring trope about fantastic beasts and tragic events bringing estranged or dysfunctional family members closer together. Would an earthly natural disaster be enough? Or would you need to experience a hostile extraterrestrial invasion? Perhaps would a harrowing experience with a mystical man-eating monster compel you to revive your family bonds?
What kind of disaster might help you bridge the gaps in your own dysfunctional family?
Disaster? Oh a power cut through the storm will do it fine... everyone stuck in the same room staring daggers at each other? Well, everyone except me because I never lose staring matches. Sure we'll all be laughing when the storm knocks over a tree and crushes the shed that was set up with great difficulty lol
If anything, it could be a good chance to tie up a few loose ends, especially with my mother and my sister, even if things are good now. But I wouldn't be too heartbroken either if some alien or zombie made them their lunch.

Neither I think?
