I think it's a bunch of hooey!💩 They should start teaching classes about this in grades K-12 in all schools.
When I was growing up NONE of this was ever taught to children. All they emphasized was that we should be nice, kind, and share with others.

Unfortunately times have changed and sadly a lot of people Take advantage over someone that is too nice and friendly , so you are best to be nice and friendly to people that are nice and friendly to you , but if someone isn’t nice and friendly to you , either walk away from them or stand your ground to them and be rude and disrespectful back. It’s sad that this is what our society has come to , but we can’t magically fix it. I notice when I go out in public I run into more rude and disrespectful people , then how things use to be before back then , I think our country has gone to hell in a hand basket , I feel Covid played a big part as well as social media etc. It seems a lot more people no longer trust and respect each other anymore. I was grocery shopping the other day and this lady had her shopping cart blocking the isle , I politely said , Hi Ma’am is this your cart and do you mind if I move it , she looked at me like I was this major asshole and said YES I MIND with this Grumpy Bitch face on her . I said Damn , I’m so sorry , I didn’t realize you own the fucking store and then I kicked her cart out of my way , and I kept walking , she didn’t do anything after I did that , because she knows she was being a POS for no reason. So I am no longer nice to people that aren’t nice to me , people need attitude adjustments or they need their fucking ass kicked. I just watched a video of these punk ass teenagers ’ sitting at a restaurant a boy and 3 girls’ and the boy was throwing food at this older lady , that was having dinner with her husband , throwing food at her that stained her outfit , The husband got up , and walked over to the boy and beat the shit out of him , another guy in his mid 40’s ran over to stop the older guy beating the shit out of this punk ass kid , once the older man explained why he was attacking the kid, the muddled aged guy smacked the kid hard in the face and walked away. I feel like they did the right thing. To teach those punk ass kids’ a lesson
