It's not weird. But I think reframing it in your mind would be better.

First, obviously if you want children then you should find a partner who feels the same, then you guys can be excited to raise children together. If she genuinely wants kids, then she's already considered what that means for herself, her career, her body, etc. If she doesn't feel bad about it, there's no need for you to feel bad on her behalf.

Second, I think an important step in all this as a man is clarifying for yourself as to what expectations and standards you're going to hold yourself to that will make you a good father and partner for your family. While pregnancy fundamentally falls on the woman, there's still a lot you can do to support your partner during that process, and a lot you can do to support both your partner and your children for the rest of their lives. The pregnancy is definitely a big deal, but "having kids" doesn't stop when the pregnancy ends. If you feel like the burden falls on the woman, what are you prepared to do to lighten and share that load? Outside of the literal pregnancy and a few aspects of early child rearing (many of which are optional) like breast feeding, there's no reason why the female partner has to be the one doing all or most of the childcare.

Sit down with yourself, or with your partner if you currently have one, and work through some of those questions. And keep in mind that your answers may change over time, and definitely should change in response to the needs and preferences of your partner.
