Should arrest warrant be dropped for Child Support?

My daughter is 20 years old. Her father was ordered to pay $75 a month in Child Support when she was an infant. He was ordered to pay about 300 until he quit his job and the judge reduced his shit to the $75 because he quit his job to avoid paying. He now owes me over $9000 in arrears. He went several years without paying a dime in Child Support. Mind you he never had anything to do with my daughter. No birthdays, no Christmas presents, Nothing! Went to Court last year a warrant was issued and he had to pay 1000, he was a no show. There was never an arrest for him. He got a job about 3 months ago and started paying the $75 a month. Now I got Court next week and it's with him dismissing the arrest warrant be cause he is paying his measley hundred bucks a month in Child Support.

This man has played the system for years. He quit his job when my daughter was born to avoid paying child support but he had to pay something $75. He didn't pay that for years which is why he is in arrears by over 9000. Now he wants the judge to dismiss the warrant for his arrest because he now starting to pay his Child Support. How is this fair? Why can't he do the right thing and just pay his arrears. He need to be locked up. He only had to pay $75 and could not pay that and my daughter is an adult.
