my boyfriends baby mother filed a restraining order against him because she found out we moved in together and there child has been around me. she lied and said he threatened her the restraining order is for a year she tried to get one for there child as well but it wasn't approved he still gets his daughter he just has to contact his baby mother father to get his child. and he also said he was happy to not be bothered with her for a year and don't care if he ever speaks to her again. yesterday we got into a argument and he left out of our home and said he had to give something to his cousin. hours later he did not return home this morning his brother called me and told me he got locked up last night for violating the restraining order. I'm thinking about ending this relationship and just being roommates until our lease ends would i be overexaggerating if i ended this relationship
why would he try to meet up with her if he said he didn't want to speak to her knowing it was a possibility he might be arrested?
