Whenever I see my parents. This is something I do naturally when we see each other.

I live away from home and whenever I visit my family, the first thing I do is to hug everyone. The last thing before I leave home again is to hug my parents again. You never know when this is going to be the last time you have the opportunity to hug a loved one.

Even though they are healthy, anything could happen and you will always regret not having hugged your loved ones or having told them that you love them. Life is so full of unexpected events.
