If your best friend was a 007 Spy and he killed many people would you want to know? If so why? If not why not?

My Best Friend was A Navy Seal during the Vietnam Conflict. Before he joined the military he was a Gang President and was offered the military in lieu of Prison. He had PTSD before he joined and it was worse afterwards. His military record is mostly Blacked out. When he left the military he was offered Leavenworth or discharge, an MP started getting rough with him in a Bar and he took the MP out. Severe drug problem and alcoholism. He is 30 years sober and spent many years with a counselor. We got thrown out of Canada due to his record. I wasn't going to let him walk alone.

As luck would have it a Man was there who agreed to Play a round. As they were retrieving their clubs the Gentleman noted that his partner had a hunting rifle in his golf bag. The hitman says, "What did you have in mind? the Gentleman replies," Kill them both". The Hitman says " Any particular way you want them killed"? The gentleman says,"Yeah, shoot my wife in the mouth and shoot my neighbor in the penis." The hitman says OK that will be 2000 dollar. The Gentleman agree, so the Hitman grabs his rifle. He lifts it to his shoulder and takes aim, but pauses. The Gentleman says"Whats wrong?". The Hitman says. "If you will wait a second, I think I can save you 1000 bucks.

I'm not sure that people who kill for a living are the best friends material, lol... and I think it would be a bit more strange if they were able to hide something like that from me

Sometimes bad is a judgement based on which side of the fence you stand on. There are basic evils and relative evils.
